fit for purpose
I got what I ordered,

looks good tastes ok,
0 of 1 found this helpful I am not able to recommend it as I don't know as yet if it has any effect, I take a teaspoon each morning on an empty stomach, ask me in a month or two, I find the taste ok taken with warm water.
I have no reason to think that it will not do what it says on the bottle
