Very poor read, Save your money
As you reading much of this book it will was easy to see that this writer is a talker and what to tell you EVERY SLIGHTES DETAIL about things that aren't important.
He would of had a better book leaving out a lot of STORIES
Page count should not be what you look for.
I was far from being impressed by the book

Great product, keeps out anything that can spoil you hard work
These are very handy.
Great for making small batched of fermented foods such as Kraut.
Most everyone has wide mouth canning jars & they are easier then dealing with a fermentation crook because you don't have to repack anything when fermentation is done

Good weight but could use some improvement
These work very well in holding down the product under the brine
The only issue they have is they are hard to get a grip on to remove them because of the smooth surface on PU nib
If they could add some texture to the PU nib sides or even a slight mushroom at the top of it would be a great improvement to it
