  sale said the item was new. but i receive a used, rusted item with missing parts. when I contacted the seller about it. instead of trying to make right they just denied everything even with me sending them pictures. They also shipped directly in the packaging no protection from shipping mistakes. looks like they are selling defective return items and marking them as new.
