Works well and is nicely made.
Optical quality is pretty good. Because of the large magnification, you may need the white LED illumination, in particular for the higher magnification lens. This can be switched on for each magnifier and is nicely bright. Operated by 3xAG10 coin cells. The aluminum cover works well, the hinge is neither too stiff or too lose. Comes with functional plastic case that is pretty sturdy.
Product does not have a "cheap" feel to it. I like it.

Standard small switches plus cap
Standard high-quality small push buttons. The cap will not stick into place and needs to be super-glued if not held in another way. This is as expected.

Actually an EMI filter
This is actually a filter for electromagnetic radiation, i.e. it is metal mesh. It does double nicely as a dust filter. While it will not keep really fine dust out, it can be cleaned easily and fast with a vacuum cleaner every few weeks and it does lead to significantly less dust in the PC case. Can be screwed directly onto a 140mm fan.
