1 of 1 found this helpful When first arrived wouldn’t heat water. Day later it heated water but put grounds from kcup in coffee brewed. Very noisy loud pump compared to newer model

Great affordable espresso machine
I gave this a 5 star because I did my research before purchasing and I knew the nature of this machine. No surprises, brews consistent espresso and steams milk very nicely. Of course it's a single boiler so have to deal with that as expected. If you have some experience with using an espresso machine and familiarize yourself with the work arounds you should be very pleased. I use a bottomless portafilter and that gives me plenty of room for scale and saucer.
