Fixed Balancing and Noise Issue
I ordered this product after ruling out that my washer had a bad transmission (pulled the tub and checked the bearing and tolerance). My washer was making a growling noise when it reversed and I finally figured out it was due to the suspension rods moving too much. My washer also then started to not balance during the spin cycle. I didn't notice much difference when I compared the tension of the new rods against that of the old, but the basket was much tighter and solid after replacing. Machine runs like new, so glad I didn't replace it!

Product plastic on the tip broke when placing it in fitting.
