Good tool to have
1 of 1 found this helpful Volts readings from a voltmeter is higher than those of the BT100.
No dedicated mode, only has one mode to read both off and on car battery health reading.
The copper test clamps are good but the can bend easily at the wired end of the cable.
May need to clamp a few different area around of the battery post (depending on how much room you have) to find the highest volts reading first, before proceeding with the test for a better result.
It does what it advertised on the car.
A handy tool to have for DIY and tells you when to charge the battery.
Readings can varied some what if tested multiple times consecutively.
Reading must be done directly from the battery post rather from the jump start post on euro cars.
