Not especially well made, not especially bright, not especially good
For the money I expected better. The mounting bracket doesn't mount very well and broke off completely after a few days. The light itself works but isn't especially bright. There are much better lights available for just a little bit more. I would not recommend.

Low price point equals low quality and this REALLY is a cheap stand.
The cheapest mic stand I could find on ebay and the quality reflects the price. It works OK but is of very low quality. Very light and flimsy feeling. The weight of a standard microphone threatens to topple this stand. The included mic clips are cheap plastic and very flimsy also. For the price it about what I was expecting but not what I was HOPING. I would not recommend this stand for stage use, it won't hold up long. For home use or perhaps in a studio where it won't be moved much or treated harshly it would be OK. I'd recommend spending a bit more and buying something a bit more sturdy from a name brand manufacturer. At the end of the day - you get what you pay for.

Great quality product from a quality manufacturer at a REALLY good price.
This is one of those products where the low price doesn't mean low quality. For the price I don't think you would find a better mic stand. Nice and sturdy and easy to use. The stand doesn't look cheap and doesn't feel cheap, it feels like it is built to last. If you need a quality mic stand and you're on a budget I couldn't recommend this stand any higher!
