Only dropped parcel to parcel shop the night before the last delivery day on order after I sent a message stating I wasn't happy so many days after I made the order and parcel still wasn't at the drop off shop. I had emailed them to advise that I needed the item for the advertised delivery date, they never bothered to reply. Good arrived after the event and the only time I got a response from the seller was when I filled a complaint to Ebay. These are the types of sellers that give Ebay a bad name. Avoid or order a month in advance.
