Live, Loud & Rowdy
Sound is incredible! Way better than Humble Pie Fillmore. The song selection has some great extended music compared to the Fillmore. The only downside is it’s an expensive CD , it’s a Japanese release so if you’re a hardcore collector that shouldn’t be an issue. You get what you pay for. Considering this Cd was used it’s in stunning condition, packaging was done well

A slice of life of an incredible band Deep Purple live!
Live in Japan brought back some great memories of seeing Deep Purple @ Winterland SanFrancisco. considering the age of this recording it sounds amazing. This recording is the same as Made in Japan so don’t buy it twice . I can’t hear a difference between CDs , to me they sound the same. The song list is the same as when I saw them live . The CD arrived in perfect condition & was packaged with great care. Also arrived before expected . one of the best live performances recorded ever!

How did this one get by me ?! 1999 release
I don’t know how this recording (2) CDs (1 studio 1 live) got by me. Both CDs are mellow for Marriott, if there’s such a thing. Blue eyed soul , very English. Not as edgy as the ‘Pie’ but still very much rowdy. Great covers served with some side of‘Pie’ . A must have for the Steve Marriott fan ! Highly recommended. God bless Steve Marriott
