Works with Garmin GDL 39 with 12 Vdc.
Form, fit, color and label exactly the same as Garmin 12/24 Vdc power cord that accompanied my Garmin GDL 39 receiver. So I can confirm the text saying that this works with GDL 39 is accurate. Cost was 1/4 that of GDL 39-specific power cord from Garmin aviation sources. I (carefully!) tested using 12 Vdc battery charging GDL 39 battery, the combination of battery and receiver and lastly receiver alone. Then the same with aircraft power in flight. Worked well; no problems. Since I don't have/use 24 Vdc power, I cannot say whether will work there, but given the above, it's worth a try. Either way, report back here with your results.
