      Purchased these boots for a present & received them in a box with damage on all edges & the left hand corner had been repaired with sticky tape. When I contacted the seller with this issue (with photos attached) he tried to blame the courier for the damage instead of apologizing for sending me a pair of new boots in damaged box that made the purchase look cheap & nasty..

      Apologised for the outer shoe box arriving damaged as well as offered to return for refund- twice- thankfully the boots arrived as advertised and undamaged, just the shoe box got squashed in the corner. Also we carry empty spare shoe boxes- so can send an empty box if its really needed...
