  The item arrived missing 2 of 3 items. I contacted the seller. He said the shipper must have removed them. He said he had and would send the missing items, if I pay for shipping. I said OK. He never replied. Convinced himself I was withholding his paymet from eBay (naive). I opened a case with eBay. I asked him to send the missing parts and fix it—he didn't. He just kept repeating that he shipped the 3 items. Among the worst 3 sellers I have had in 800 eBay purchases. AVOID HIM!!!
