Locking gas cap
I put this gas cap on my 2004 chevy avalanche because I keep getting a check engine light. My original one I cleared the code and everything was fine for about 12 months. I got this because It is the original one so i figured it's time for a new one since I put it on I get a message saying tightened gas cap then within a week the check engine light came back on. The cap has a screw type fit and the avalanche has a different style. Plus the locking part doesn't work. I can still unscrew it when it is locked.
