I have already reported that we only received one package of this copper sulfate. Now, after weighing the package we did receive, it is only 14 lbs. There is a hole in the package and it is leaking out. Our mail carrier said it leaked in his car when he was bringing it for delivery. We need to be reimbursed for the full purchase price of both 20-pound packages. This is not acceptable.
