A good solid durable fast computer very suitable for a busy investigator
Nice solid very durable laptop. The one I got is fast and the price paid is such that I would not cry should it die. I use it for writing investigation reports and some spreadsheet work. It is an excellent tool for these uses and I am happy with the computer. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quick basic and durable computer that can perform both basic and fairly advanced functions quickly and simply. I have a D620 that I bought four years ago and it still works very well, I expect this D630 will be just as good.

Strong and fast
3 of 3 found this helpful The reel is very light and seems lightly built...but with use it proves fully capable of hard work. The speed is excellent and power is good. Battery use in very very economical, my friend and I fished two of these reels at 80 to 120 fathoms all day and we did not take the battery out of the green dot. My reel handled two medium onaga of about 12 lbs each with no problem, and at a speed that was fast enough to avoid the tax man (sharks) pretty happy with it.

It's A Good Laptop
I am pleased with my Dell Latitude 620. It performs quickly, came with a nice little suite of software and has functioned in every way I have asked it to. The computer is a little heavy, but is sturdy and well balanced.
The key board is a pleasure to use, not too sensitive. The mouse pad functions
well with little stickiness or difficulty placing the cursor.
I use the computer to write inspection reports and for home use. It handles photo data well and I am finding myself using my laptop more than my desktop.
My complaint about the unit as purchased would have to be that the battery life is not so good, but this comes with the territory when buying a used computer.
I am....so far....pleased with my Dell Latitude 620 and have no regrets concerning its' purchase.
