    Good prompt service from vendor, but sadly this item arrived broken in a dozen pieces. Costs refunded by ebay swiftly, so no issues with either ebay or seller. A pity though, because I was keen to acquire an example of this stoneware hot water bottle, which only appears for sale intermittently. The vendor might choose to package similar objects a little more robustly in future.
