I've had several great experiences with this seller. I've ordered batches of custom heads three times, and all of them arrived quickly and are great quality. In one order, the seller made a very minor mistake (sending the wrong version of a particular sculpt). I reached out, and they sent me a replacement and a couple extra heads with my next order! Not to mention they must have rushed the printing for that order, because it came SO FAST. I'll continue to come here for my custom head needs. :)
