Compact , you dont know its there till you hit a bump ...then you think ,thank goodness its under my saddle
If youve got a lower back issue this this may be your answer.
I fitted one to a fixed tail mountain bike......Smooths the jarring very well. Now i look forward to hitting the trails instead of feeling like theyd hit me. Best of all ...no more anti-iflammatories

probably better with out bar ends
based on a 1000 km mtn bike ride
pros....comfortable, reduced numbness in fingers, variations in grip positions
cons.... extensions get caught in side vegetation
