I'm very disappointed with the way the egg cups were wrapped and package in the Australia Post small cardboard box. When I open the package I found one of the egg cups was broken. See attached photo. It was the largest and most valuable egg cup. I would like compensation for the loss of the egg cup. Regards, Peter

This seller was extremely co-operative, and provided class customer service, and transacted a partial refund. Unfortunately the Vellux Velour Blanket did not survive our expectations. On a very light wash IT DISINTEGRATED in washing machine. With difficulty we removed a very large bucket of what looked like foam crumbs from the washing machine. NASTY MANUFACTURER.
