looks good fitted but fitting was something of a nightmare
The item was well protected for shipping and all parts were there. When it came to fitting I found the instructions too basic. I attempted to fit the bar where I thought it should be mounted and had difficulty. The bolts were too short because the bracket did not sit correctly in the location on the front cross member. Part of the bracket would not fit as it was fouling the cross member and the bolts supplied were too short to reach the thread,and would not have started due to the angle of the bracket. I contacted the supplier who provided me with photos of the fitting. If these photos had been supplied with the instructions it would have made fitting easier.
There was no damage evident on the mounting points of my vehicle.
The only way I was able to get it to fit was to use a range of longer bolts and put pressure on the bracket. Some effort with a large hammer assisted. I was disappointed with the length of the bolts supplied as with the washers provided they did not exit the thread in the nut. I will cut a bolt to fit to eliminate the possibility of vibration causing the bolts to loosen. If I had not had a range of suitable bolts to force the brackets the bar would have been sent back.
