A great book to learn about making Salami & other fermented sausages.
An excellent book. Easy to to read & understand & answers all the questions that you need to know about about making Fermented Sausages whether you are a complete novice wanting to learn or a sausage maker who is having a bit of trouble making his product ocassionally & is looking for aqnswers.
I actually bought the book with intent on picking up a few extra new hints or tips on making Salami & realised there was whole lot more to be learned about this after reading this book.
