Seller stated it was all UPF fault as the box was heavily damaged. This could be true however the Funko was not protected in the box. It was not wrapped or covered as it was just thrown in a shipping box with one piece of packaging paper to cover the open space. I am sure the seller will state otherwise, but understand I would not make this comment if it was not true. The pictures show it crushed as he admits in his feedback. I responded within 6 hours to your midnight request for return and processed it as soon as I received pictures of the damage, and refunded as soon as I received the return. I treated you professionally yet you berated me and threatened me via message after I had done everything possible to solve a problem that was out of my control. Your feedback is nothing short of vindictive and childish
