Disappointing, will not purchase from Graysonline again!
1 of 4 found this helpful I purchased a refurbished model from Graysonline, the microwave malfunctioned since day 1. The problem seemed to be misalignment of the microwave door which caused issues when trying to turn the unit on. I have had the product picked up from my house for over a week now, still waiting for Grays to sent out a replacement, our family of 5 is trying very hard to manage without a microwave in the mean time. Very disappointing!!
