Good overall coverage of Tai Chi with easy follow along practices
This is a great course for those wanting to understand Tai Chi, current students or even those who have been practicing for years and just want some additional materials. As part of the Great Courses family, it meets the same standards and is quite informative. The chapters sequential and are short enough that you can consume the knowledge and let is sink in before moving on to the next chapter.
