Efficient but extremely heavy
I am in my eighties with back problems and osteoporosis .. I found the machine is far too heavy for me ..I would not have bought it if I had realised how heavy it was going to be.

Poor quality tape
The tape for the leash is very thin and my dog managed to chew through it in a couple of minutes while I was talking to a neighbour.
I have only used it three times and now it is useless
