stopped working after a few weeks. Manufacturer fully supports with a replacement and you can get it to work easily too
1 of 1 found this helpful If the unit stops working and the battery is charged as few people have reported, you can get it to work again easily by removing the nozzle, placing the unit upside down vertically and then hit the tip (where nozzle goes in) against a hard surface like the floor gently. I tried it a few times and the motor started working again. It made a strange sound when it got stuck, so I knew the motor was alive but unable to move.
This is the best flosser I have used. It is gentle on the guns. Any bleeding issues you may have been fighting with due to lack of flossing or too strong water flossing should get much better.

Nice see through containers allows you to see when it is time to run the cleaning process.
Metal filter eventually needed replacement. OXO does not sell those filters, but it is easy to get one elsewhere by using the filter type/size.
Keeps coffee warm for a few hours, not many, as expected.

Awesome product. Great value. Great sound very comfortable
great sound (bass and treble). very nice fit. very comfortable and lightweight. Since the units reduces the outside sound a bit it is possible that if you bang on the frame you will noticed the sound a little more than usual, but since we don't usually do that it is a great headset overall. The easily removable leather pads for the ear feel much better than most plastic material headphones at the same price range or even higher,
