EXCELLENT
Never a Problem. Hooked up to my MacBook Pro and immediately started using it with no problems. Have run out of things to say even though I am told I must enter at least 100 characters for your review.

Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the sound quality of this iPod. I get mostly static and very little of the music I loaded. I feel I have wasted money. It is so bad I would not even resell it to recoup my money. Ripped off!
