Interesting read

Information was pretty good..most of the information rooted in the spiritual side of things (as expected) but the objective parts of the book was pretty good. Some of the stuff was a bit out dated. Ex. Talks about drinking lots milk being a good thing. IMO that's a no no. Other than that...like I said...interesting perspective on health, diets etc. quick read...(only 120 pages) ...a bit repetitive but all in all a good read.
