William Palmer, Pilgrim.

These are the final series of the Pilgrim stories. As with the earlier ones , these are interconnected and intricate stories of magic through which undying Pilgrim passes trying to correct some events caused by malevolent characters , often searching and wishing to be granted death by the king of the Fairies. Compelling and great for long journeys.

Dunstable -Sweet Harmony

Dunstable is not the best known of early music composers but on the basis of this cd he should be . The sound quality is excellent and the singing glorious so if you have an interest in early music and want to make some comparisons with other figures , in particular Dufay and Josquin then this disc is definitely worth having and as always with Naxos , excellent value.
