Clipsal ceiling pull-down light switch
The unit works well (so far) and fits in with the decor? of my old (1916) BlueMountains weatherboard cottage. However I found it a bit pricey at $50+ dollars (including postage). It seems to be of reasonable quality compared to the old HPM unit it replaced.

You get what you pay for.
Breaks the chain links satisfactorily but the rivet spinner/joiner is a "bit of a dog" to use and made of soft metal. Just like my two chinese chainsaws it does the job but is not a pleasure to use. When will I ever learn???
