Simple changes
2 of 2 found this helpful I have thought for a long time that 'low calorie' was not natural for your body and that counting calories was hard work. This book explains and takes you back to basics. I am steadily changing my diet and feeling so much better without buying food I don't like or wish to try. This book is repetitive in places but only for a better understanding
