Fit and functioned properly

Product was as described and fit my 96 Ford Crown Victoria perfectly. After an easy install, I turned it on and all functions worked like a new EATC.

Good new pump for the money

This hydraulic pump was a replacement for my '82 John Deere 4440. According to the john deere part number that it replaced it was a larger capacity pump than the original. There was only one caveat to the installation of the pump. The inlet port on the right side was 1 1/16 inch. The original pump had a smaller inlet port on that side. We had to get a different fitting to adapt the inlet. We also rerouted the power steering return hose that was tee-ed at that outlet because the John Deere parts man couldn't find the correct tee for this larger pump. The power steering hose was long enough to bring it to a tee near the transmission where there was a small return line connected to the larger pump return. This way we could use more common fittings that the local hydraulic shop had. The pump was $1400 cheaper than the one from John Deere. It seems to work fine so far. So it is a good deal.
