Bought 2 items. One good but one very poorly made with several sharp edges where metal met wood on the handle. Sent Seller friendly message and photos to explain. No response. Tried twice more over a week as appreciate people have busy lives. No response to any. No notification/explanation on account as to lack of response (eg holiday). Won’t be buying from again.
