This item was advertised as new condition, never used. I received it and it was very obvious that it was used. extremely dirty and it was obvious that wires had been hooked up to the spayed connections. I installed it anyway but you guessed it, it did not work. I tried to contact the seller but was unable to. I guess I will have to chock it up to a $30.00 learning experience.

I'm very sorry that item wasn't new. I made a mistake and marked it as new. It should have been listed as used or as for parts. You got the exact item that was pictured. You should of seen it was used. Please open up a return and get a refund. Very sorry about this. Thanks
