  Positives: - Seller was helpful, contacted me quickly to resolve necessary extra shipping costs. - Shipping time was reasonable Negatives: - Item was VERY poorly packaged. The item is quite heavy; seller should have used a much more substantial box and padding. - One of the receiver's footpads was broken off, minor issue but annoying. The package was obviously badly treated by the shipper (USPS), but if the Seller had packed it more appropriately, perhaps the damage could have been avoided.
