I couldn't be more pleased with everything about this ebay experience. Item was exactly as described, communications were excellent & the Hangaway was posted promptly & packed beautifully so that it arrived in perfect condition. I've been looking for one of these for a while (I've now 5 in our 2 homes) They just don't make clothes dryers like this any more & I'm so pleased I've found this one on ebay. Thanks again for listing it, you can rest assured it's gone to a good home

Item not dispatched after 4 days. Contacted the seller who confirmed item had indeed not been posted. Advised me that there were paint marks on the item that were not mentioned previously and expected me to be ok with that. Seller also stated that I should take full responsibility and financial hit should I receive the item damaged (after charging me £6 for postage). I did not feel this was in line with eBay terms and replied that I was not impressed. Seller then cancelled my order. AVOID!

Item would have arrived within the economy timeframe on listing had the buyer not cancelled, so never dispatched. Upon packing noticed a small bit of paint on the top of item which was not visible when listed and would not have been visible once they were on the buyers wall but informed the buyer out of good will. The drop of paint could be removed. Buyer responded angrily said did not want item so order was cancelled. This was for 2 light fittings which were heavy, postage price reflected this.
