children's classic literature
This story is one of the longer books in the Beatrix Potter series of about 24 short stories for children. It is an engaging story about the adventures of a mouse, but the story's length makes it best suited for older children who can read it for themselves. Just like the other books in the series, this story with Potter's original illustrations is an example of timeless and classic children's literature.

Timeless classic children's literature
This book is a sweet little tale of a young female cat who really knows how to host wonderful tea parties! Beatrice Potter's collection of approximately two dozen short stories, including the Peter Rabbit story, represents timeless classic children's literature.

Timeless Classic of Children's Literature
This story is a very, very short and insightful tale of a cat and rat having a tea party together, and is one of the lesser-know stories in the Beatrix Potter collection of about 26 published short stories. As with all her stories, the illustrations by Potter are as important as the story itself. If you a a devotee of children's classic literature, the series of Beatrix Potter tales by British publishers is a must.
