I ordered a Google Pixel Watch 2 which was described as New. When the box arrived it was opened and what I found inside was far from new. I have added pictures so you can see the grime on the watch for yourself. The seller offered a £10 partial refund to keep it (no thanks) or a full refund upon return. Communication was good, a replacement was promised but then apparently they had no stock left, even though I can see they are still advertising the same watch: eBay item number:276358752686.
