Too Soon To Tell
This item has the look and feel of quality. I measured the output with a voltmeter and it definitely puts out voltage and current and seems to work. I have been using it in my car that I use infrequently and so far it seems to remain charged. One thing that makes me wonder if this is really a quality product is the manufacturer decal on the top peeled up after about 2 days on the dashboard of my car. This makes me wonder if they did test the product in real world conditions and found that the decal peels off after just a short period of time but they didn't care enough to procure decals that can handle the sun and heat. And if they don't care about that, what else don't they care about? Or possibly they don't do any product testing and that worries me as well.

The measured capacitance on these matched the tolerance. They are quite inexpensive compared to others available on Ebay, thus making you wonder why.

Good Bristles, Good Quality
Natural bristles embedded in the wood is important to performance and longevity. I have found that synthetic bristles don't hold the soap and on another back scrubber I had the bristles were embedded in a plastic disk that became delaminated from the scrubber. This back scrubber gives a great scrub. In fact, it is perfect. That said, the handle is not very ergodynamic. It's hard to grasp and your hand slips up and down the handle. Also, it would be better if it were curved. There are places on my back that are hard to reach due to the lack of curved handle and poor grip.
