I broke it already

The product is exactly as described. The left controller's battery cover is loose, but it was in the description of the product. I have been using tape to keep it on. I did end up breaking the vibration of the right controller by playing Beat Saber and slamming my right hand onto the left controller. It's entirely my fault, but I did end up finishing the level.
