  Issue with shipping was resolved after third attempt to contact seller. Item was shipped in untracked, unprotected letter envelope with single 68-cent stamp, instead of the specified $5.55 with tracking. Seller balked at giving a partial shipping refund bc item was received safely despite the risky method and also had been purchased w/ a "best offer" $3 discount. Overcharging for postage and shipping with inadequate protection was the point of my request. Seller did provide a $4 refund by check.
