Heats up quickly; pinches your hand
This flat iron heats up quickly and it's great you can control the temperature. I've used this in both the US and in Europe without any temperature issues. My only complaint so far is that I pinch my palm a lot so I have to keep reminding myself to hold the iron with my fingers and try to keep the rest of my hand away which is annoying since I want to hold the entire thing in my hand.
