Very good value, saved my carpet, pays for itself in just a few cleanings. Couldn't be happier.
7 of 7 found this helpful As the owner of a small apartment complex I purchased the Big Green Machine after a tenant left the premises an absolute mess .They also violated the "no smoking" clause of the lease. Needless to say I had the carpets professionally cleaned prior to them moving in and was told by a couple different people that more than likely I would need to replace the carpet because of the smell, food, and nicotine stains. I decided to give Bissell a shot. I paid around $400 for the Big Green Machine and it's worth every penny. I was able to save myself from replacing the carpet which paid for it many times over. I'm very impressed with how well this cleans and how dry the carpet is after being cleaned. I did pre-treat the bad spots and went over the carpet a couple different times but it looks great and after re-painting the entire apartment, the smoke smell and stains are gone.

NEEDS TO BE CONFIGURED TO MATCH YOUR ISP
1 of 1 found this helpful In response to the previous review, YOU HAVE TO CONFIGURE IT TO MAKE IT WORK. Every ISP is different and you have to match those settings when you set up your modem otherwise it won't work and yes the "Internet" LED will stay red showing you that your settings are wrong and the modem didn't get an IP from your ISP.

Superior Tool Tub Drain Wrench
1 of 1 found this helpful Used it for the 1st time the other night. I couldn't believe how tight the 30 year old tub drain was, I was sure the tool was going to break from the force it took to loosen the drain. It worked flawlessly and there's no way I could have removed the drain without it. It's not something I'll use very often but it definitely paid for it self the 1st time I used it.
