beast of a lens
1 of 1 found this helpful I was heavily debating between this lens and the Sony Zeiss 55mm 1.8 because of it's similar price point and image quality. I went with this one because I need the mechanical manual focus of this lens for cinematography. But now that I got it, I absolutely love it; it's my go to lens. The weight is nice and heavy which I actually prefer. It does not feel plasticky at all and is extremely dense; you can tell there is a lot of glass crammed into that space and it shocked me when I first held it. Great buy, I plan on going the sigma route for the rest of my Sony glass.
