So item as described was said to be an ISA modem. It wasnt it was PCI. Shipping cost/time was longer then I would have liked but that was more likely due to USPS vs the seller as it only got here the 25th. Beyond the description issue though of this being a PCI modem vs ISA item works well and is in great shape. Thankfully my retro computer had a spare PCI slot I can use it for instead of my prefered ISA. Would most definitely order from seller again.
