Outdated and unsupported
It sounds good in theory but this item, this model the jawbone up, not the up2 or up3 or up4, but the jawbone up is as useful as a chocolate watch. It often requires a software update to stop the battery from draining in hours as opposed to ten days as they claim, this is good in theory except the "up" is no longer supported and impossible to update.
It is also not Bluetooth enabled and relies on your audio jack to update the information so its not getting done in real time and you will have to plug it in every single time you want to know how youre doing, this means if youre at the gym then you wont be able to glance at your iPhone and check what you've done as youre going along and if you want to you will have sync it every time you want this data.
All things considered this is about as much use as a zx spectrum and belongs in the same section as outdated and redundant technology

Good compliation
liked the album, full of the most popular songs they have made, would not really be for the stones buff, but if like me you enjoy the hits, then you will like it
