Alot smaller than a normal pillow
0 of 1 found this helpful The pillow is alot smaller than a normal pillow both in width and length. A normal pillow case will not fit. It does have a zipped cover which is white. It is fairly comfortable but I couldn't get used to it so I don't know if it was beneficial to the arthritis in my neck and shoulders. I use it on my office chair to sit on.

Not suitable for wet areas
I used this to regrout tiles in shower enclosure. I did not use shower for a couple of days. The grout appeared to have dried. When I ran my finger over it my finger came back gray. I left it another day but when I started using the shower the grout began to wash out over the course of the week. I regrouted and tried again same thing happened. The product says waterproof but I wouldn't use in wet conditions like a shower!

Sound quality good, build quality poor!
1 of 1 found this helpful I was please with the product initially. The ear phones were a bit small and just rested on my ears and didn't cover them. After a couple of days the right hand side plastic panel on the headband pinged off. While it was possible to click it back in it came off every time I put the headphones on. While the headphones sound quality was good the build quality was poor.
