Great size and quality

Reservations about the LEDs and initial problems in adjusting mirrors panels and doors.
1. The LED lights on this cabinet are down each side of the cabinet and this results in a somewhat too bright light and sideways illumination of the users face, compared to the softer illumination from above with a previously supplied Vania unit. I suppose it’s part of the design and we should have anticipated it, but we do not like it as much.
2. One of the glass shelves was coated in quite a bit of some kind of sealant or adhesive which had to be carefully scraped off with a razor blade before wiping. I think the fact that it was on the smooth side of the shelf made it easier to do this without damaging it, but it was quite a bit of work!
3. The final area of initial disappointment relates to the fact that this cabinet is made up to two fixed side mirrors and two mirror doors, so the relationship to each other is an issue which was not found on the Vania. I was unable to achieve totally uniform “shut lines” between the 4 mirrors. Whilst the tilt of the mirror doors can be adjusted, I initially thought that the side mirrors are permanently fixed in place and cannot be adjusted. The fact that I could not achieve uniform “shut lines” suggested that the fixed mirrors were not totally parallel. totally uniform “shut lines”. Also I noticed that the left hand mirror door is 1mm higher than the left hand fixed mirror and that the right hand mirror door is 1mm lower than the right hand fixed mirror. I found it impossible to adjust the height of the hinges as two out of the 4 screw holes in each hinge is a simple hole and not a slot and therefore does not allow any vertical adjustment. I suppose if would be possible to remove two of the screws and rely on only the two other screws in the slotted holes, but I don’t think that’s the right thing to do. After receiving advice for the supplier, I was advised that the fixed mirrors can be adjusted a little by loosening two screws on the top and bottom of each mirror. I was consequently able to adjust both the parallel and height problems.

Just the job
Most of the tri-wing screwdrivers you find in multi-bit sets just won't reach far enough into the recesses in some domestic appliances etc. Thes bits offer a more economical solution compared to buying seperate screwdrivers with handles.
