Tachometer hand won't "zero"

No matter what I do, the Tach hand will NOT reset at "zero". Bummer. Otherwise, looks good and keeps acceptable time.

A good "TIME" is had by ME.

In very good shape. Needed a new battery, but that took care of the continuing time loss. No nicks or rubs, and it's comfortable.
